If you’re new to our Y or are looking to reinvigorate your workout routine, we invite you to join a member of our Wellness Staff for an orientation of our Fitness Center equipment. We’ll review all of our cardio and strength equipment with you – and help you develop a workout plan to maximize your time in the Fitness Center.
