Tai Chi for Seniors

Tai = big or great. Chi = ultimate energy. Tai Chi is an ancient form of Chinese exercise consisting of slow, beautiful, relaxed movements that develop a sense of balance and harmony between mind and body. Practicing tai chi can improve balance, stability, and flexibility for seniors.

We’re excited that Ed Poirier will now offer this great class to all senior members of the community.
