Program Includes:

  • Weekly Small Group Training with your team* (see below)
    • *Participants select their preferred weekly group workout time from the list below:
      • Evening Group with Jamie: Tuesdays 6:15-7:00pm
      • Early AM Group with Lisa H: Thursdays 5:30-6:15am
      • Daytime Group with Nicole: Wednesdays 10am and 10:45am
  • Weekly 30-minute Personal Training Session with the trainer of the Small Group you select
  • 2 Nutrition Consults (at the beginning and end of the program)
  • 2 Tanita Body Composition scans with personalized review (at the beginning and end of the program)
  • 2 Wellness Workshops
    • Lauren’s Nutrition Workshop Thursday, February 1 at 6pm Cafe at DT
    • Lisa’s Myofascial stretching session Saturday, March 9 at 8am Mind Body Studio at DT
  • 2 Bonus Group Workouts
    • Group Kickboxing class (Steve) Saturday, March 30 at 9am Kickboxing Studio at DT
    • Kettlebell Cardio class (Emily) Friday, April 26 at 5:30pm Carpenter at DT
  • Private Facebook group and weekly nutrition/wellness emails
  • A Kick-off and Final Celebration Event!
    • Kick-off: Sunday, January 28 at 9am Cafe at Downtown
    • Final Celebration: Healthy Potluck! Thursday, May 2 at 6pm Cafe at Downtown

Fee: $133/month*
*The program participant’s individual membership dues will be waived during these 3 months!
