Senior Camp: It’s Not Just For Kids
Our Most Popular Senior Program!
Camp is not only for the young – but the young at heart! Why should kids get all the fun? This one-of-a-kind program is specifically designed for active older adults. You’ll participate in a variety of activities designed to instill a sense of teamwork, invigorate your creativity and quest for knowledge, and inspire new levels of confidence.

Planting Your Food
Embark on a culinary journey that begins right where your food comes to life – in the garden! During our program, you will learn the magic of growing, harvesting, and savoring your own delicious delights. Whether you have a balcony, patio, or a sunny windowsill, discover the secrets to cultivating a thriving garden in any space by creating a container garden. During this program you will plant your own salsa, salad, or pizza garden in a container to take home and enjoy throughout the summer!

Backyard Beekeeper
Ever wonder what it takes to be a beekeeper? Thought about starting a beehive of your own? During this program, you will learn what it takes to start your own beehives in your own backyard, as well as learning about bee behavior and how to harvest honey from your hives. This informative session will help you determine if you have what it takes to be a backyard beekeeper! Ages 12+.

This Mother’s Day weekend, dive into the world of flowers, laughter, and shared moments at our enchanting gardening program designed for moms and their little green thumbs!
Immerse yourselves in the joy of nature as you decorate a planter and create your own container garden to bring home. Price is per family.

Youth Ropes Course
Ages: 6-12
Students will learn to demonstrate initiative, problem solving, trust while learning about themselves and others. They’ll build rapport in our outdoor setting involving high and low elements–soaring (or climbing) to new heights on the Giant Swing, or overcoming obstacles on Voyager’s Crossing platforms. They’ll scale our Rockwall and practice their ability to balance on our Whale Watch.

Archery
Ages: 6-12
Take aim in the YMCA’s archery program. This program will introduce archers to the joy of the sport. Our goal is to equip each participant with the knowledge of range safety, respect of the sport, handling of equipment, and proper shooting technique all in an environment that fosters focus, improved accuracy, increased self-confidence, and team building. Instruction provided by a certified archery instructor.

Starry Night Ropes Course

Who is ready to take on the challenge of our ropes course, where you’re certain to feel a sense of fulfillment and achievement, ready to face any challenge, and inspired by the night sky under a canopy of trees lit only by the magic of the stars and a bit of safety lighting. Will you soar on the Giant Swing, scale the Rockwall, or face your fears on Voyager’s Crossing’s platforms?
