Meets twice weekly at the Pleasant Street Branch pavilion.
Tuesdays & Saturdays
8:30am-10:00am
- Weighted Vests highly encouraged
- Approximately 3 miles per session (weather permitting)
- Unlimited Tanita Body Composition Scans
- Optional app-tracked weekly step challenge
- Private Facebook group with walking tips, nutrition support, and motivation
- Child Watch included for members
