Aqua Small Group Training
Aqua Small Group Training with Cyndee helps improve strength, balance, flexibility, and overall wellness, all in a safe, supportive environment. If you're recovering from injury, managing chronic pain, or simply want a refreshing way to stay active, this is the program for you.

Meets twice weekly at the Pleasant Street Branch. Indoor and outdoor walks
Tuesdays @ 10:00 AM
Saturdays @ 8:30 AM
- Weighted Vests highly encouraged
- Approximately 3 miles per session (weather permitting)
- Unlimited Tanita Body Composition Scans
- Optional app-tracked weekly step challenge
