Strength & Fitness with Lisa

A twice a week training approach with Mondays focusing on progressive strength training, and Wednesday focusing on functional movements.

Sprint 8 GX with Nicole

Sprint 8 GX is an instructor-led group fitness program from Matrix Fitness that combines high-intensity interval training (HIIT) cardio with strength training.

8-week session that focuses on reinforcing the foundational strength, stability, and function of the deep core muscles through education and exercise.
