The Y Package includes:
- 2 Tanita body composition scans
- 2 nutrition consults
- 3 20-minute myofascial release sessions
- 2 30-minute personal training sessions each week
Cost: $599 ($914 value)
You can split the fee into three payments of $199.
(The Y will also waive your individual membership dues for the duration of the program.)
