Our youth sports programs offer a supportive environment where kids can make new friends, learn new skills, explore interests, and grow. With guidance from caring adults, participants experience the joy of teamwork while building character, fostering friendships, and most importantly—having fun!
Grades: K-1, 2-3, and 4-6

Our Youth Basketball League (YBL) is designed to develop fundamental basketball skills, build teamwork, and foster a love for the game in a positive, supportive environment. Open to boys and girls of all skill levels, our league emphasizes skill development, sportsmanship, and fun. Whether your child is a first-time player or looking to take their game to the next level, they’ll enjoy a great mix of practice and competition, all while making friends and staying active.
Ages: 3-5

T-Ball will focus on the basic skills of baseball: hitting, catching, throwing, and running the bases. Bring your baseball glove and get ready to have some fun! Bats, baseballs and batting tee are all provided. Baseball cleats are not required.

Ages: 6 – 8
Kids in the Y’s soccer program learn what it means to be part of a team. Early in the season, players focus on skills, such as dribbling, passing, and shooting. Inside or outside, based on weather.
Ages: 3-5 and 6-12

Creative Movement class for kids ages 3-5: Offers children a supportive and non-competitive environment to strengthen every area of learning and development while having fun!
Tap/Ballet/Jazz combo class for ages 6-12: Introduces students to basic tap, ballet and jazz skills allowing them to experience each style of dance while improving their flexibility, sense of rhythm, and overall coordination.
Ages: 6 – 10
This program combines skill-building, fun drills, and friendly matches. Led by experienced instructor, its a great way for kids to learn, play, and make new friends on the court.
Ages: 6-8 and 9-12

Our Youth Flag Football program is the perfect way for kids to learn the fundamentals of football in a fun, non-contact environment. With a focus on teamwork, sportsmanship, and skill development, players will build confidence while enjoying exciting, fast-paced games. Whether they’re new to the game or looking to improve, all skill levels are welcome!
Ages: 5-7 and 8-10
Location: Downtown YMCA
In our Youth Floor Hockey program kids can learn the fundamentals of hockey through fun skills, drills, and gameplay. This program focuses on developing hand-eye coordination, teamwork, and game strategy in a safe, high-energy environment. Participants must bring their own hockey stick.

Established nearly 30 years ago, our Jaguars Track & Field program offers young athletes an exciting opportunity to explore a variety of track and field events. Participants will improve overall endurance, speed, strength, and coordination through activities like sprinting, distance running, agility drills, javelin, shot put, and more. Whether your child is a beginner or an experienced athlete, this program helps build fitness, confidence, and a love for the sport in a supportive team environment.

Ages: 6-12
Each spring and fall we offer youth archery and youth ropes programs! These programs are designed to help kids develop skills, build confidence, and have fun in an active, outdoor environment. Whether they're trying it for the first time or honing their skills, participants will enjoy expert instruction and plenty of time to practice and play.
