What would the Y be without water? Water exercise, masters level swimming, and adult swim lessons (it’s NEVER too late) are just some of the water-based activities you’ll find at the Y.

Adult & Teen Swim Lessons – Beginner
Ages: 13 & older
You’re never too old to learn to swim! Designed for adults, these lessons will give you the skills and confidence you need to learn to swim or improve your swimming skills. Our beginner level increases comfort with underwater exploration and basic self-rescue skills. Introduces basic technique in front crawl and back crawl and reinforces water safety through treading water and elementary backstroke.
Adult & Teen Swim Lessons – Advanced
Want to improve your swim technique or develop more efficient strokes? This class develops intermediate self-rescue skills performed at longer distances. Swimmers will refine front crawl and back crawl. Focus on proper rotary breathing, elementary backstroke, breaststroke, and side stroke.
