Parkour Kids

Ages: 5-14

Do you have a child who is always moving and likes to take flying leaps from the furniture? If so, come join us in our new parkour program! This program will teach proper safety technique, jumping, balance, acrobatics, and more with the safety of a gymnastics gym. Parkour is the sport/art of movement, which includes aspects of freerunning, tumbling, breakdancing, martial arts, and more. The goal is to utilize one’s environment to overcome obstacles through athletic ability, commitment, and confidence. For more information, contact Amanda Cyr at or 508-409-0735.
