18+ Basketball League

Ages: 18 and up

Calling all teams of 6-8 players to join this basketball league for players 18 and older. Get your team together and get ready to play. League includes 10 regular season games, playoffs and championship, referees for all games, and online team standings.


Schedule: Fall League begins September 11th

Games: Wednesday nights, 6:30-10:00 pm

Relics Basketball League

Ages: 40+

Bring out your inner NBA player! Players will be divided into teams and play round-robin style league. The league includes 10-week regular season games plus playoffs and a team T-shirt.

Sunrise Doubles Racquetball League

Racquetball Lessons

Interested in learning how to play racquetball? Join us for instruction on basic skills and rules of the game. This program is designed for beginners as well as for those who are looking to get reacquainted with racquetball. After four to five lessons, you’ll be ready to play! Registration is required, but there is no fee to participate.

Walk to 5K Program

Whether you’re looking to finish your first 5K or need some extra support to get back into running, join us for a 10-week Walk to 5K program! We offer a supportive environment for each participant to move at his or her own pace. The program meets once a week for 60-minute sessions that include warm-ups, discussions, a 30-minute run/walk workout, and cool down. Our coaches will provide a weekly training schedule for participants.

Attleboro YMCA Run Club

The Attleboro Y Run Club promotes the endless benefits of running within a supportive community of runners. Each week, the Club meets for regular runs, offering several distance options for runners of all abilities. The Club also offers a variety of specialized programs to meet your unique goals. Participation in the Run Club is included in your Attleboro Y membership.

All ages are welcome.

If you’ve never picked up a pickleball paddle, you don’t know what you’re missing! This cross between tennis, ping-pong, and badminton is easy to learn, but quickly brings out the competitor in all of us. This game has become very popular in retirement communities, because it allows players to maintain the thrill of competition, without some of the physical stress and injuries that other sports can cause.
