We know that some of our members are opting to workout from home this month, so we’ve created something extra special just for you!

Starting on Monday, January 17th, we’re offering a virtual variant of our regular group exercise offerings – a new 6-class strain of at-home workouts! All classes will be offered via Zoom. If you participate in all six at-home workouts, you’ll earn $10 off your February membership fee!

Please note: This is a free fitness class series for Attleboro Norton YMCA Members only! Click the appropriate class link below to be brought to the Zoom meeting. Please be sure to login to the class five minutes in advance and be sure to include both your first and last name as your Zoom login.

MON, Jan 17 & 24 – 6:15-6:45 PM – HIIT at Home with Lisa

Lisa leads a heart-pumping, strength-building High Intensity Interval Training class that you can do right at home! Using your own body weight, you’ll get a full-body workout in 30 minutes without any equipment. > Class link

WED, Jan 19 & 26 – 5:30-6:00 PM – Cardio & Core with Laura

In this 30-minute class, Laura will motivate you to get your heart rate up and strengthen your core muscles. You’ll end the class feeling energized – right in the comfort of your own home. > Class link

FRI, Jan 21 & 28 – 6:00-6:30 AM – Strength & Yoga with Jamie

Start your Friday morning with a challenging full-body workout concentrating on the major muscle groups to promote strength, balance, and stability. Jamie incorporates elements of both Yoga and functional strength training.  > Class link
