Senior Strength is a free 6-week course for our senior members who want to learn how to use the various types of strength equipment offered at our Y.  Led by a certified trainer, each class will build on the next, introducing participants to proper technique and safety while learning how to create a routine to follow for improved strength, posture, and balance. Registration is required. Space is limited.
