Fall Monthly Fitness Challenges with Prizes

Are you looking for a way to keep your workouts fresh and exciting? Want to try something new without breaking the bank? Join us for our FREE monthly fitness challenges! Something different every month that encompasses different facets of fitness to keep you seeing results and feeling motivated!


Fire is the functional fitness test for ALL ages and we are challenging YOU for the month of September along with DEKA affiliates all over the world! Complete 10 zones with NO equipment or special space needed. Test your fitness during the first couple days of the month. Log your score in our global leaderboard. Train throughout the month. Re-test at the end of the month and see how much your mark has improved. Our top scorer wins a YMCA Swag Bag!


Grab a “playlist” at the Welcome Center and head to class! “Find” the songs on your playlist and when you hear one in a class check it off! When you find all your songs return your playlist to the desk and be entered to win!


During the month of November, you will get two tries each week to best your time in a plank. This is a great way to challenge yourself to improve, and to see how you stack up to others. You will perform the plank (2x/week) with a staff member and they will record your time. There will be a tiered bracket for prizes, and your best time will be submitted for the contest. Winners will be selected based on best performance. Register Online


Complete a different workout or exercise for 12 days in December. Drawing for the prize will be out of everyone who completes the 12 workouts.
