The Attleboro YMCA is pleased to welcome members back to the Downtown Branch with a selection of indoor group exercise classes.

Due to ongoing concerns about COVID-19 and the need to maintain a safe distance while exercising, the Y has moved our group exercise classes into our larger gym spaces. Each class has a capacity limit and established workout spots to ensure that our participants have at least 14 feet of distance from each other. Masks must be worn at all times at the Y, including during your workout.
