Are you ready to push your physical fitness to the next level? Join Nicole and Lisa for their new 8-week “Get Wrecked” Small Group Training program.
This challenging full-body workout program incorporates wreckbags, slam balls, and more to get your heart pumping, your muscles firing, and your adrenaline surging.
Limited to a small group of participants, this program is more than just a fitness class. It’s designed to help you and your workout teammates to progress through the eight weeks to help you prepare for a final challenge at the end!
The Get Wrecked Program includes:
- Weekly group workouts
- At-home workout assignments
- Final challenge
Group Workout Sessions
Saturdays, March 6-April 24
Downtown Branch – Carpenter Gym
Attleboro YMCA Members: $120 for the 8-week program
Non-Members: $180 for the 8-week program
To ensure the safety of all participants, the following safety protocols are in place:
- Masks must be worn at all times.
- Capacity is limited to 8 participants.
- Designated workout spaces to keep participants a safe distance from one another.
- Equipment is cleaned and disinfected between uses.
