The Y’s Health & Wellness staff are here to provide the support you need to make your own health and wellness a priority this fall.

In addition to our fitness facilities and comprehensive Group Exercise program, the Y will offer several specialized programs that are designed to meet our members’ unique wellness needs and fitness goals.

90 Days Program

Starting September 19th. This program encourages and empowers you to prioritize your own personal goals for 90 days. With a combination of specialized group workouts, one-on-one nutritional consultations, and personal training sessions, our Personal Trainers and Nutrition Coach will provide you with the support and motivation you need to accomplish whatever your goals might be. > Learn more.

Small Group Training Programs

Starting September 9th & 11th. By working in a small group setting over the course of a multiple-week training session, you’ll benefit from specified training while gaining support from others in your group with similar wellness goals. > Learn more.

Walk to 5K Program

Starting September 20th. Whether you’re looking to finish your first 5K or need some extra support to get back into running, join us for a 9-week Walk to 5K program! We offer a supportive environment for each participant to move at his or her own pace. > Learn more.
