Fall Into Fintess Step Challenge
With the weather getting a little cooloer and the leaves changing, now is the time to get outside and get those steps in. This step challenge is self paced but we want to see how many steps you can get during the duration of the challenge. Not only will you challenge yourself, but with our tiered prize systems [see description following], the more steps you get the better chance you have at winning a great prize. Alread take one of our group exercise classes? Well just make sure to have an instrument (watch, pedometer) that records steps and you are already on your way to winning some great prizes. After a handful of days you will see how addicting it becomes to achieve those step goals
Average steps for distances:
Half marathon: 22,500
Full marathon: 55,000

How long can you hold a plank? During the entire month of November, you will get two tries each week to best your time in a plank. This is a great way to challenge yourself to improve, and to see how you can stack up to others. You will perform the plank (2x/week) with a staff member and they will record your time. There will be a tiered bracket for prizes, and your best time will determine your prize. Prizes include free, one-month membership, or free personal training or myofascial releases, and discounted small group training sessions.
