CORE Foundations for Seniors is an 8-week course, which focuses on strengthening the deepest muscles of the core. Through this practice, you can improve balance, posture, and mobility, and potentially reduce symptoms of incontinence and lower back discomfort. Exercises will be taught for floor and chair options, as well as standing progressions.
