About Ashley

Ashley Palmer is the Attleboro Norton YMCA’s Staff Nutritionist as well as an ACE Certified Personal Trainer. She has a bachelors degree in Health Studies with a minor in Nutrition from Bridgewater State University and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Human Performance and Nutrition at Lasell University. She’s had a passion for fitness ever since she began track and field in middle school, but became committed to helping others pursue a healthy lifestyle after losing family members to diseases that could have been prevented. She has volunteered extensively as a coach with the Special Olympics and continues to train individuals with special needs and disabilities about nutrition and exercise.

Ashley reminds her clients, “It’s important to take care of yourself. You only get one life, so treat it right through proper nutrition and exercise.”
