This program is designed to keep you motivated during the holidays. With a combination of specialized group workouts, one-on-one nutrititional consultations, and personal training sessions, our Personal Trainers and Nutrition Coach will provide you with the support and motivation you need to accomplish whatever your goals might be during the holiday season.
Our 30 Day Jumpstart Program includes:
- 1, 30-minute personal training session per week
- 2, small group training options per week (TUE at 7:30 AM or THU at 5:30 AM)
- Nutrition consults at beggining and end of the program
- 2 Tanita body composition scans at beginning and end of the program
- Private Facebook group
