With the guidance of a Wellness Coach, Dietician, and the support of your team, challenge yourself to adopt a healthier lifestyle and fitness routine! Armed with strength, heart, accountability, positivity, and effort, you’ll work toward a goal of forging a more active lifestyle over the course of this team wellness program.

The 12-week program includes:

  • Two¬†1-hour group training sessions each week
  • Two 30-minute sessions with our registered dietician
  • 12-week step challenge (pedometer provided)
  • Two Carpenter Gym Challenges, plus additional team challenges with the entire program
  • Two 1-hour nutritional group sessions and grocery store tour
  • Body composition and measurements
  • Catered banquet
  • SHAPE Up T-shirt
