With the guidance of a Wellness Coach, Dietician, and the support of your team, challenge yourself to adopt a healthier lifestyle and fitness routine! Armed with strength, heart, accountability, positivity, and effort, you’ll work toward a goal of forging a more active lifestyle over the course of this team wellness program.

Shape Up Challenge Express

Through the summer months, we will offer two 6-week sessions to help you stay focused on your wellness goals through the warmer months.

Session 2: July 23-September 2

The summer version of the Challenge includes:

  • 6 weeks of training with your Personal Trainer and your teammates
  • Two 1-hour group training sessions each week
  • Body composition assessment
  • Healthy Nutrition Counseling with our Registered Dietician, totalling 90 minutes
  • Challenges with all the teams

Y Member: $260
Non-Member: $390 (includes 6-week membership to the Y)
