Senior Strength is a free 4-week course for our senior members who want to learn how to use the various types of strength equipment offered at our Y.  Led by a certified trainer, each class will build on the next, introducing participants to proper technique and safety while learning how to create a routine to follow for improved strength, posture, and balance. Registration is required. Space is limited.

Program dates: February 4-March 26

February: Focus on strength machines
March: Focus on free weights and alternatives to machines

Schedule: Tuesdays, 1-2 pm, at the Downtown Branch or Thursdays, 10-11 am, at the Pleasant Street Branch

Free for Members, but registration is required.
