This program will teach proper safety technique, jumping, balance, acrobatics, and more with the safety of a gymnastics gym. Parkour is the sport/art of movement, which includes aspects of freerunning, tumbling, breakdancing, martial arts, and more. The goal is to utilize one’s environment to overcome obstacles through athletic ability, commitment, and confidence.
