Specialty Camps at the Downtown Branch
A fun and creative indoor camping experience, offered in a half-day or full-day format. Led by our preschool teachers, this program includes daily crafts, games, playground time, recreational swimming, literacy and art activities, as well as walking field trips to the library and other fun neighborhood locations. Weekly sessions only.
Our Fit Camp changes the way kids feel about exercise and fitness. Each day will consist of a cardio activity, strength training, and making a healthy snack. The staff will introduce the campers to a variety of different fitness activities so that each will find something they truly enjoy.
Food & Fun Camp
At this camp, we actually encourage kids to play with their food! In addition to fun, active games to keep kids moving throughout the day, campers will gather in the Y’s Café for healthy cooking lessons. While making tasty snacks, kids will learn how to fuel their bodies with healthy food choices.
Tsunami Swim Camp
Get ready for the fall swim season. Each day will include workouts both in and out of the water. Plus, stroke clinics will help each swimmer work on his or her technique for stronger, more efficient strokes. For more information, contact Susan Mastandrea at email@example.com.
