Specialty Camps at the Downtown Branch

Ages: 2.9-5
A fun and creative indoor camping experience, offered in a half-day or full-day format. Led by our preschool teachers, this program includes daily crafts, games, playground time, recreational swimming, literacy and art activities, as well as walking field trips to the library and other fun neighborhood locations. Weekly sessions only.

Fit Camp

Ages: 6-12
Our Fit Camp changes the way kids feel about exercise and fitness. Each day will consist of a cardio activity, strength training, and making a healthy snack. The staff will introduce the campers to a variety of different fitness activities so that each will find something they truly enjoy.

Food & Fun Camp

Ages: 6-12
At this camp, we actually encourage kids to play with their food! In addition to fun, active games to keep kids moving throughout the day, campers will gather in the Y’s Café for healthy cooking lessons. While making tasty snacks, kids will learn how to fuel their bodies with healthy food choices.

Tsunami Swim Camp

Ages: 6-14
Get ready for the fall swim season. Each day will include workouts both in and out of the water. Plus, stroke clinics will help each swimmer work on his or her technique for stronger, more efficient strokes. For more information, contact Susan Mastandrea at

Track & Field Camp

Ages: 7-18
USAT&F Certified Coach Ed Poirier and Bishop Feehan Coach Bob L’Homme head the coaching staff to give young track athletes the ultimate athletic experience. All participants will benefit from coaching in hurdles, sprints, middle distance, cross country, high jump, long jump, triple jump, shot put, javelin, discus, relays and conditioning training. Youth Gymnastics Camp

Grades: Entering 1st grade and Upava
Your child will flip over this weeklong gymnastics camp! Participants will work on gymnastics skills as well as routines. Each week includes an end-of-the-week performance! Camp activities include games, arts and crafts, and pool time.

Preschool Gymnastics Camp

Ages: 3-5
Campers learn the basics of gymnastics and tumbling at this fun camp that keeps preschoolers active all week long! Parents are invited to come early on Friday to see all the new moves the campers have learned.

Advanced Gymnastics Camp

Pre-Team and Team Only
This gymnastics camp week is geared to the more advanced gymnast. The camp focuses on learning and perfecting skills in competitive gymnastics routines. Our camp also includes fun games, free gym time, and recreational swimming.

Preschool Dance Camp

Ages: 3-5
Young dancers will have a blast trying out new dance genres, learning exciting new moves, and just moving to the beat all week long! The week will end with a camper performance.

Campers will be given the opportunity to learn dance and gymnastics. A student showcase will cap off this fun-filled week, which includes games, arts and crafts, and recreational swimming.

Youth Dance Camp

Ages: 5-12
Campers will learn a variety of dance routines, including ballet, tap, and hip hop. A student showcase will cap off this fun-filled week, which includes games, arts and crafts, and recreational swimming.

Triathlon Kids Camp

Ages: 6-12
What could be more fun than a week of swimming, biking, and running? Specifically designed for youth triathletes, this triathlon program emphasizes the fun of being active as participants improve their swim strokes and develop strength and stamina.

Before & After Camp Care

Ages: 5 and up
Our specialty camps offer extended camp day options through Camp Pleasant. Campers will participate in Before and After Camp activities with our traditional Camp Pleasant program. At 8:00, our specialty camp staff will meet campers at the Before Camp program and bring them to their specialty camps. At 4:00, the staff will bring specialty campers to the After Camp program for more fun with the Camp Pleasant program.

Drama Camp

Ages: 7-14
Unleash the star within you in this two-week camp! Take part in dramatic games, activities, and prepare for the camp stage. Drama Camp will provide your up-and-coming star with a fun, energetic, and comfortable setting to develop skills and a love for the theater.

If you enjoy the great outdoors, then we have the program for you. The Nature Camp curriculum provides games, activities, and projects all designed to increase awareness, appreciation, and action.

Science Camp

Ages: 7-14
Through a series of hands-on activities and experiments, campers will study a new scientific topic each day. Join us for a week full of experiments and studies that will blow your mind.

Junior Adventure Camp

Ages: 7-9
Up for a challenge? Learn to navigate trails, conquer new heights, and learn basic wilderness survival skills. Daily challenges promote teamwork, logical reasoning, and the chance to take on mother nature.

Senior Adventure Camp

Ages: 10-14
Take your adventurous spirit beyond camp and put it to the test. This camp teaches the basics of wilderness survival, including tenting, fire-building, and general outdoor safety. Leading up to an outdoor camping night where the campers will be able to put these new skills to the test.

Find your inspiration at art camp! The camp’s supportive, encouraging environment makes it easy for kids to be creative, whether they’re working with ceramics, paper crafts, paints, clay, or drawing.

Before & After Camp 

Extend your camp day with our Before & After Camp program! The day starts as early as 7:00 a.m. and can continue with extra swim time, games, and activities through 6:00 p.m.

Bus Transportation

For a fee of $10 per week, you can register for our optional bus program, which includes transportation to and from Camp Finberg for our full-day campers. Our staff serves as a monitor throughout the entire route. Bus stop locations available in Attleboro and Norton.

1 – Online.

The easiest (and greenest) way to register for our summer camps! From our online registration site, you can register, make your deposit payment, and fill out your camper’s information – all in one convenient shot. Please note that you will have to fill out all of your camper’s pickup information and medical history at registration, so be sure to set aside enough time at your convenience.

The only thing you’ll have left to do is send in your child’s physical forms via email to, by secure fax to (888) 233-4384 or mail at least two weeks prior to your child’s first day at camp.

2 – By mail.
