Join us for our special Open House event at our Downtown Branch! Tour the Y’s facilities, including our Kickboxing, Cycle, and Mind Body studios!
We’ll offer a special schedule of classes and demonstrations to showcase the Y’s wide variety of group exercise classes to challenge people of all fitness levels. Plus, we’ll also host some special info sessions, mini-training sessions, and healthy food demonstrations throughout the event!

PERSONAL TRAINING MINI SESSIONS
Let our Personal Trainers show you how they can help motivate and teach you to train more efficiently – whatever your wellness goals might be. From 7:30 am-1 pm, we’ll offer free 20-minute Personal Training sessions. If you’ve been wondering if Personal Training would work for you, here’s a great opportunity to give it a try!

Come meet the members of the Y’s Run Club for a run at 8:00 a.m. All abilities and running experience are welcome! Meet us at the Welcome Center at the Downtown Branch at 8:00 and we’ll head out, run, and chat about our plans for the spring running season! Summer Camp Crafts & Games: Let’s pretend it’s summer in January! Children ages 4 and older are invited to join some of our camp directors and staff for some fun activities, including crafts, games, and more!
Child Watch: Our friendly Child Watch staff will be available 8am-12pm, so parents can try a new class or workout!
