Water Exercise – the following held ONE OF OUR FOUR Pools, no need to swim, you will be standing in chest level water.

AQUA or AQUAMOTION – Vigorous low impact aerobic exercise great for beginners, those recuperating from injuries and water lovers at any level of fitness.

 SENIOR WAVES – stretching, toning and strengthening using poor bars, noodles, kickboards and hand paddles

ARTHRITS FOUNDATION EXERCISE – Led by Arthritis Foundation Certified Instructors. Stretching and strengthening exercise specifically designed to increase mobility and decrease pain caused by arthritis. You will love this class even if you don’t have arthritis though!

MUSCLE CONDITIONING CLASSES – Theses classes work on strengthening, toning and losing inches. They provide aerobic benefit, too. Classes use body bars, hand held weights, physioballs and more.

 MUSCLE CRUNCH &/OR SCULPT – Learn proper techniques utilizing all the equipment to TONE, STRENGTHEN and DEFINE all major muscle groups. Good for sports strength conditioning also like golf and skiing.

 FITNESS FUSION – Get it all in one class. Increase muscle strength, improve cardiovascular endurance and gain functional fitness. Lots of sweat, too. These classes use interval techniques to get the most fitness benefits in the shortest amount of time. Mix it UP - Equipment utilized and mix of muscle/cardio varies from instructor to instructor.

POWER TONE and PILATES and CORE CONDITIONING – these are more intense classes for those already in shape, offered free to members but require registration as class size is limited to insure individualized attention.

BEGINNER & GUY FRIENDLY FITNESS – the following are favorites for the men who enjoy the comraderie and motivation of group exercise. The classes are easy to follow but work up a sweat. Nothing fancy or dancey!

 BOOT CAMP – variety of exercises including push-ups, squats, jacks and other military style conditioning moves.

CARDIO BOXING - A fun, fast paced class with kicks, punches, jump roping and drills. Easily modified, especially good abdominal workout.

HI/LO & MUSCLE - Athletic drills, core conditioning, cardio work and use of handheld weights. It’s easy to follow and the time flies by.

INDOOR CYCLING – Stationary bike workout. Beginners through top athletes are welcome as you can pace yourself. BRING A TOWEL AND WATER.

KEEPING FIT- Comprehensive workout for the 40+ year old. Includes strength, aerobics, flexibility, posture and balance exercise. Uses hand held weights and motivating music.

 ARTHRITIS EXERCISE – Great all over workout set to a fun music beat, good for the active older adult. Aerobic and strengthening benefits. It’s like chair dancing! Led by Arthritis Foundation Certified Instructor.
