We’re celebrating Halloween with a whole new round of exciting, energizing, and motivating workouts! All are welcome to join us for our latest workout launch on Wednesday, October 31st. Try out a new class or choose one of your favorites. Don’t forget to wear your best Halloween costume!

Please note: Child Watch will only be available for the morning sessions. Child Watch will be closed the afternoon and evening of Halloween.

Wednesday, October 31st

5:30 am – Strength Train Together

Location: Downtown Branch – Aerobics Studio

This class will blast all your muscles with a high-rep weight training workout. Using an adjustable barbell, weight plates and body weight, this workout combines squats, lunges, presses and curls, with functional integrated exercises.

8:30 am – Active Together

Location: Pleasant Street Branch – Aerobics Studio

This class gives you all the training you need – cardio, strength, balance and flexibility – in just one class. Get stronger and healthier with inspiring music, adjustable dumbbells, weight plates, body weight and simple athletic movements.

9:30 am – Cycle 30

Location: Downtown Branch – Cycle Studio

This group cycle class will get you moving and feeling better in only 30 minutes with inspiring music and motivating coaching to help you burn calories, improve muscular endurance, and build cardio fitness.

10:00 am – WERQ

Location: Pleasant Street Branch – Aerobics Studio

This dance fitness class incorporates pop, rock, and hip hop music for a fun, energizing workout that promotes cardiovascular health.

12:15 pm – Cycle 30 / Y H.I.I.T.

Location: Downtown Branch – Cycle Studio

Begin with 30 minutes of cycling with inspiring music and motivating coaching to help you burn calories, improve muscular endurance, and build cardio fitness. Then move onto interval-based cardio & strength for a full-body workout.

Latin rhythms and moves combine to create a fun and energetic workout.
