Body composition is a helpful measurement tool for assessing your health and fitness level. A healthy body composition is one that includes a lower proportion of body fat and a higher proportion of fat-free mass. It’s a great measurement for identifying where you are in your fitness and what your strategies might be to achieve greater health and reduce your risk for developing disease.
